- Submitting permit to the related higher education institutes as registration confirmation for language learners.
- Filling and submitting municipal forms for students residing in Iran prior to obtaining passport.
- Surveying dormitories and university consulate offices of the state.
Required documents for issuance of student visa:
- The university's letter of acceptance together with the tracking code received from www.saorg.ir
- Scan copy of the passport documents as well as the personal profile picture
- Having specified the place at which the student visa was obtained.
Required documents for issuance of student residence permit:
- Student visa.
- Student Certificate obtained from current place of study.
- Three number personal photos.
- Passport.
- Residence permit fee.
Required documents for visa extension:
- Student Certificate obtained from current place of study.
- Two number personal photos.
- Passport.
- Student Visa.
- Visa extension fee.
Required documents for issuance of exit re-entry visa:
- Student Certificate obtained from current place of study.
- Two number personal photos.
- Passport.
- Exit visa fee.
*Please note that, for all the above-mentioned purposes, the consulate office has to be contacted fifteen days prior to the due date.
Required documents for issuance of the final exit visa and the degree certificate document:
- Applying for exit visa at least one month prior to their graduation.
- Passport.
- Two numbor personal photos.
- Final exit visa fee.
