The “Career Future” workshop was held on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, from 13:00 to 16:30 in Saadi Hall at the School of Chemical and Petroleum Engineering, Shiraz University. This workshop was specifically designed for newly admitted undergraduate students of Chemical Engineering and Petroleum Engineering, with the aim of introducing them to potential career paths, fostering a proper understanding of professional development, strengthening motivation and self-confidence, and highlighting the role of graduates in the future advancement of the country. The event featured representatives from leading industries in the province, reputable private companies, and a group of the school’s distinguished alumni, who shared their valuable experiences with the students. The workshop speakers addressed topics such as key criteria for choosing a career aligned with personal attributes, essential software and soft skills for workplace success, pathways to employment in the public and private sectors, salary and compensation structures in different fields, as well as the process of transforming an initial idea into a registered company and the related legal requirements. In the final part of the program, students engaged in an interactive Q&A session with the speakers, raising questions about career paths and various topics discussed during the workshop. This dialogue enriched the overall experience and enhanced the effectiveness of the event. The session concluded at 16:30.

کارگاه «آینده شغلی» روز سه‌شنبه ۲۷ آبان‌ماه ۱۴۰۴ از ساعت ۱۳ تا ۱۶:۳۰ در تالار سعدی دانشکده مهندسی شیمی، نفت و گاز دانشگاه شیراز برگزار شد. این کارگاه به‌صورت ویژه برای دانشجویان جدیدالورود مقطع کارشناسی رشته‌های مهندسی شیمی و مهندسی نفت طراحی شده بود و با هدف آشنایی آنان با مسیرهای پیشرفت شغلی، ایجاد نگرش صحیح در انتخاب مسیر حرفه‌ای، تقویت انگیزه و خودباوری و همچنین تبیین نقش فارغ‌التحصیلان در توسعه آینده کشور اجرا گردید.

در این برنامه، نمایندگان صنایع برتر استان، شرکت‌های خصوصی معتبر و گروهی از فارغ‌التحصیلان موفق دانشکده حضور داشتند و تجربیات ارزشمند خود را در اختیار دانشجویان قرار دادند. سخنرانان کارگاه به موضوعاتی همچون معیارهای مؤثر در انتخاب شغل متناسب با ویژگی‌های فردی، مهارت‌های نرم‌افزاری و همچنین مهارت های نرم مورد نیاز برای موفقیت در محیط کار، نحوه ورود به بخش دولتی و خصوصی، ساختار پرداخت حقوق و مزایا در حوزه‌های مختلف، و همچنین فرایند تبدیل یک ایده اولیه به یک شرکت ثبت‌شده و الزامات قانونی آن پرداختند.

در بخش پایانی برنامه، دانشجویان پرسش‌های خود را درباره مسیرهای شغلی و موضوعات مطرح‌شده با سخنرانان در میان گذاشتند که این گفت‌وگوی تعاملی موجب غنای بیشتر کارگاه گردید. این جلسه در ساعت 16:30 به‌پایان رسید.
